Professor Patrick van Hees is a member of the Fire and Materials Journal Editorial Board and he is also on the programme committee of the Fire and Materials Conference. The Fire and Materials Conference focuses on the needs of manufacturers, their customers, designers and regulators, who require up-to-date information on fire issues, including new materials, applications, assessment techniques and regulatory requirements. 

The 15th Fire and Materials conference will be held in San Francisco, USA on 6-8 February 2017. If you are interested in presenting at the conference the deadline for abstracts is the 10th of June. More information about the conference and submission dates can be found here.
